Oops. My problem was that I had another (downloaded) file that was contradicting my updates. Using the editor to select all teams with a transfer budget more than $1 and group edit was a big-time time saver. Thanks sammyt
Thank you for the suggestion, but the problem there is the super-rich teams (Citeh, Chelsea) end up editing their budgets the next day after starting. I suppose I would counter this by using FMRTE and trying to combat them eash day during the first transfer window but that might be tedious...
