What are the most important attributes for my midfielders if I play posession football. And what about the preferred moves?

one question. I have eden hazard as a AML and El sharaawy as a AMR, I play both as a inside forward(S), but should i put el shaarawy as a winger to get the best of him? Does it affect to my game alot if i have AML as a inside forward and AMR as a winger?
