Hmmm is it perhaps because averaging less than 1 shot per game is nearly impossible in professional football? Yea.. I think so.
Backroom staff mention abosultely nothing about the tactics I am using. Morale rarely dips below good and when it does it is a few individual players not team as a whole.

I on my my third team in three years. I got sacked the previous 2 seasons. I have ended in 17th (relegated) and 8 in my first 2 seasons.
My current season just started but not doing any better.
So far in my 2+ seasons I average less than 2 shots on goal...
I had quite poor results with these tactics. Perhaps my team is not stacked like most. Was averaging less than a goal per game and got sacked. Gonna give it another go with whatever second hand team is willing to take me.
Not necessary, just use your best players its pretty obvious where they should go. Using this tactic with Wisla and my striker has 38 goals in 22 games, and can compete with considerably better teams in Continental play. Currently unbeaten in 14 league games (13 wins, 1 draw due to OG). This...
