I don't think that season ticket holders would be anywhere near 12,500 for a team established that recently. Perhaps knock that down to make it more realistic.
Also, there is the issue with your reputation as a new team, and what players you'll be starting with.
Well seeing as there's only 22 EU states, that doesn't even make up the group stages, let alone the qualification stages.
Here's some questions for you to think about, before editing anything:-
What would you do with the Europa League?
How would this effect the game economically? So many clubs...
If you've already started your game, then the only way I could think of changing clubs (without offering him a deal too good to refuse) would be using the program FMRTE. Once your game has been started, you can't then change a lot of the stats without a program like that.

Well can you get Carroll back from his loan, or is it a set year-loan?
Take a look at Milan/Madrid/Barcelona and look at players from there. If you find someone decent then check their squad status - if it's set to rotation or lower, it will be well worth shooting a loan offer their way...
There's a few bugs in FM13, so I don't doubt it's just something they will eventually patch.
Apparently in network games some people (the guests) weren't able to sign any players..
What positions are you specifically looking for?
If you have a lack of finances, you could always try and loan a couple players from big European clubs - the same way Sahin is currently at 'pool.

If so, on your touchline instructions you can always just tell your team to 'Work the ball in to box'. They will work more like Arsenal or Barcelona, and rarely shoot from far out.
That's a great answer.. the game only runs through Steam.
The big problem is that Hamachi is diverting the connection, and either needs to be disabled or (better yet) uninstalled.
Another notable thing is that all people using the same network must be using the same download region.

- Days of game
- Hours
- Networking options you are using
- Maximum number of people
