There are loads of hidden attributes that will determine whether or not a young player will reach their potential ability. The best you can do is tutor them and play them often. Or if in doubt, get FMRTE (A)

It worked perfectly wen i downloaded the updates for it. If you want to have the icon on your desktop, look for the FM2011 folder in your c:drive and find the FM2011 application file, right clicking this and creating a shortcut should solve that problem.

I have tried everything reasonably possible to get my 2011 working to no avail. I am going to download the updates and try again though. If it doesnt work, I don't know what I'll do :S
