What would be an ideal team for playing 3 at the back with no wingers. So basically a team with plenty CB's, WB's and no wingers. Would prefer a team below the Premier League. Thanks :)

The other day i was messing around with the FM12 database editor, and it looks like i accidently changed the 12.2.2 database. At the current moment, my database is completely destroyed. I've tried reinstalling FM, but much to my suprise, it didn't work. How do i fix this? Thanks!
