Does anyone know any good right back and a goalie that I could sign? Looked at a couple of players but they are not willing to join because of Southampton being in the Championship! If you could help that would be great :)

Also the assistant manager for Southampton is **** and I want rid of him. Was looking around for a good one but none of them want to join me because of Southampton being in the Championship. Any good assistant manager's in Football Manager that will join me?

I am currently just started a season with Southampton and I have realised that I have a weakness in the left back position. Was wondering if anyone could suggest a good left back to buy or come on loan to me?
