Hello all just got my everton team in the CL and it needs strengthening. Will probably get about 30 mill to spend. Need a new AMC as Cahill is on the wane and a winger with genuine pace. Any suggestions for a good RB as well?

Hello all, looking for a striker for everton got about 10 mill to spend in second season. Had a look at suarez and rossi but they are way out of my price range, i also play 1 up front so need someone who is pretty complete .
