Same here really struggling to win a game since 15.2 update. All my regular tactics seem to fail late in the game now. 0-0 until around 60th Minute then the goals flow for the opposing team. Regular 2-0 losses.

How do you get a job with just National rep? I cant get anything.

Since trying to play FM2011 I get sacked regularly, I cant get into a stable team and now i seem to not be able to gain another job.

Starting at York and it does not look as if I will last a season due to the fact I could not get the wages down to the budget and without the cash I could not get the staff to help me build a decent team. Mid table finish and they are not renewing my contract. Unemployed June 2012 looks like a...
