It seems it is a very interessting tactic. But my worries are the weaken flanks. Doesn't the AI exploit the gaps on the flanks? Normally i play a 4-1-2-1-2 but the 3-1-2-1-3 has some advantages. On the one hand you have got an stronger offense and on the other hand you need less backup players...

I don't think that wingbacks on the wingback position are an good idea. There are too many gaps in your defence flanks then.
