Isn't Oleg Gusev the best tutor? I'm pretty sure he's got the best mental traits in the game.

All regens are still developing except for Nolasco and Figueiredo and the Spanish ones are from my own youth intake (with a little help of reloading the game a few times until I got a decent youth player).
