After making a new tactic, I switched to Key highlights so I can improve to make my tactic good. I have noticed that 80%+ goals I concede are from Crosses / Corners / IDFk. How can I stop conceding so many headers?

I downloaded a skin the other day, and now I want to switch back to the plain normal white version. When I do, all my news feed, player attribute graph and also the names of stats such as finishing are all white / very very light. How can I change them back to normal so I can actually see them?
