Neil Taylor. You can sometimes get him for his market value which is around 3.9 million.

Unfortunately I play with a TM and poacher so he doesn't fit into the team. May sign him on another save though so thanks for the suggestion!

Yep, recall Lukaku or get Lewandowski. Usually gets transfer listed for around 25M.
