Just entered the 2014 season and I need some players. Looking for a Center Mid and a right back, any suggestions ?

So, three seasons in and I've got Hamsik and Rodwell in the middle of the park but my subs are limited, with just Carrick and Julio Babtista; so I need another solid center mid ! Preferably a youngster ?

Just noticed that many of my players attributes are falling and I don't know why. I'm Man Utd, and Rooney, Thiago, Van der Wiel and Rafael have all had many of their attributes fall. Is there a specific reason or is it normal ?
