im currently managind AS Nancy Lorraine and the USA national team at the same time.
How can i sign good staff for the national team as ive offered the job to loads but everyone rejects it .

I have Football manager 2010 on Steam and i really want to get some facepacks and a new skin on there.
I have no trouble downloading them onto my computer but then how do i install them on fm 2010 with steam?
