I used it with pretty weak sides with very good results I had even better results switching both AML/AMR to Raumdeuters

if you go on holidays however, it used to be that your assistant is setting player roles etc. In this case going on holiday for 3 years is meaningless since the assistant did the tactic every game, only the formation remained the same. Did they change this?

still dont understand why people get so excited seeing this many passes the result over all is just abmyssal.. 0 real chances and 1 goal.. against a team that would be probably get run over by any default tactic set in the game.. like i said in the 1500 passes thread.. its better to trade 600...

its not a big thing, you can place 4 defenders with fullbacks on support, 2 CM as APs and a defensive midfielder who does whatever, and 3 strikers wherever you want them, set your tactic to defensive or even contain, pick a friendly match against a non league team, you will reach automaticly...

its probably not so much your tactic, its just the nature of the game that the human player makes really good transfers within 2-4 seasons, maybe even the first season, and dominate the game ever after for chelsea you can probably use any tactic posted here and win the league affordless

by the way if you go on holiday without instant result skin the assistent manager changes your tactics completly, he changes every role of the player, he only keeps the formation
