Anyway, for RB look at De Sciglio, I found him for 7.5 in the first season, of course you have Kelly as cover as well. Reviellere is on a free if you want to save the cash. Gino Peruzzi is probably the best RB available but he'll cost you upwards of 13m.

For RB try Sebatien Corchia, his team got relegated on mine and if thats the case on your save you should get him for under 4m, a steal!
For a backup GK I'd again look to relegated teams, Begovic was Trn Rq on mine as soon as stoke went down, maybe see how it pans out. Also you could try Sergio...
Well nevermind, I actually got them down to 3.3m but then the bastards leaked it and Monaco Lyon and Arsenal came in. He accepted about 20k from me but Monaco paid him 65k a week so he went there :(
Well for 3.9 he's my cover right back as De Sciglio grows into the role, I've just made CL so I've got a fair few games this season and Kelly picks up injuries regularly- he may get sold. Anyway I appreciate the help, I've not owned him (Corchia) before.

Depends on how much else you're changing but if you can I'd advise keeping Lucas, he's an excellent player and can play CM or DM depending on what system you're playing. Importantly he retains his sale price over the season so you can get a similar price next season if you want to change then...
Maybe try having a team meeting and boosting morale, try speaking to individual players, changing your team talks. Morale can make all the difference, seems to especially effect my striker's finishing.
