Does the patch I have make a difference also?

I'm using this with Fiorentina, only used it for 2 games so far but haven't seen great results =/ Am I doing something wrong maybe?

I'm playing a 4-4-2 Diamond with Fiorentina, I have Lukaku and Babacar but can't seem to get goals from them, I also have Juan Angel Albin playing trequartista behind them, how should I be playing them?
