I also have Donnarumma in my save. I find he is the beast at penalty saves. I have never lost a penalty shoot out with him in the starting line up

I have been doing a lot of testing with motivation and it seems to be a key factor. Team meetings motivate your team and individual talks motivate each player. I try not to have a big squad so players don't get unhappy when i don't play them.

Try and keep your team motivated as well as your squad. It will take a while for your team to get use to the tactic
