I'm enjoying a new save with Sparta Prague very much. Two great players so far are Plavsic (as Mezzala Attack CML) and Tetteh (as an Inside Winger Attack AML).

I'm not really a tech expert, but I have found that the Processor is what you want to look at. If you can consistently get 3 ghz from your processor, then you should be good.
