Thanks Jassar. My team is very young (average age 23), I guess they are not confident enough especially in away games, so I had to tighten up a bit more. I have to say, I've tried so many different tactics in FM2014, yours look the best. The passing, movement, and goals are lovely.

That's quite true, playing Cardiff, I started out with MM, won the league two times and got one champions cup after 5 seasons. Having established the club with at least two squads of quality players, I'm moving on to MW now.
