C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010/schedules is where it is, and when i go to import.. it isn't there

I can't seem to use any sort of training schedules or tactics downloaded from the internet i have used some before playing fm a while back on previous patches and im using the most recent patch now (10.3) i believe.. and i can't seem to see the file in my tactics/schedules folder.. why is that?
