As far as I know there are many factors that affect that period and for some players it might take few months and for other players it might take few years

there are many players instructions in the tactic so posting only team instruction wouldn't be enough you can install Demo FM16 and see all instructions by yourself

I guess you start to play without the man marking in that case or you can set it for the right striker. :)

Just slowly reduce by 1 point the technical and mental attributes in the filters until you start to find someone... that's all.
