Found the same problem, especially when scouting other continents to the one I'm based in. Sometimes get no results whatsoever despite having good scouts.

Sorry, just read your last post. Would suggest a DLP(S) or AM(S) depending on your system- if playing defensively or on the counter go with a DLP, or use the AM if playing a more attacking, control-based system.

This is quite possibly due to an error in the XML file of a graphics download that you have added to your game. Remove these add-ins and see if thats make a difference.
