This is a small tweak that will make weaker teams perform a whole lot better. If you're a strong team this probably isn't required

Do you tend to score on the counter when you do this? It's usually because the AI will do the same thing and try to chase a goal, swapping to contain ends up being beneficial if you have that slight lead(or draw) if the opponent is trying to get a win and as long as you have pacey forwards.

Just knocked city out of the Europa after a 3-0 home win and then 1-2 away win using the waste time tactic all game, almost finished an almost undefeated first season other than going out in the EFL cup fielding a team of kids. Pep also got sacked straight after I knocked him out hahaha

The game is quite easy, the challenge is taking teams that could never win the league, winning the league, and the fact that no matter what team you play in a first season can win/place top 4 in whatever league they're in, even when they're predicted last, usually means it's pretty easy
