ok. So I've made my own tactic for Manchester United. It;'s a 4-2-1-3 and i've had rather average results. Even some very poor ones. Could some one help me improve it? Or any tips on making a succesfull tactic. I'll answer any questions asked :)

Ok so I know that Rafael and Fabio become Mega Stars. And Evra is good already. I play a 3-1-2-1-3 so they will never get games. No-one is ever going to turn into a megastar without first team football are they? I'm not too sure what to do with them. Dont want to sell but yeh :/ Suggestions?

Ok. So i'm Manchester United. I'm currently using JP Woody's Total Football tactic which is a 3-1-2-1-3 :) As you can see there's no AMR AML positions and as Man Utd have alot of these players. Any advice on what to do as I don't want to sell them all.
