They're in the tactic already. The only thing to change would be the RB to automatic duties

That would depend a lot on the save. I'm assuming you're talking about youngsters that can develop to that level, not already mature players. Currently there is no one close to Maldini level, you'll just have to wait for regens and check with fmscout every now and then. Here are some...
