Anybody know how to make a Complete forward to become a Target Man or Advanced Forward --> Complete Forward?

I'm playing Chelsea and i cheated money so I have a lot of good players and this is my formation GK: Cech, Courtoris, Krul DEF: Dani Alves, Maicon, Terry, Thiago Silva, Pique, Alba, Lahm MID: Essien, Fabregas, Lampard, Modric, Moura, Douglas, Vidal, Rakitic FWD: Benzema, Neymar, Rodrigo, Rooney...

I'm using Chelsea and this is my second season. I cheated and of course, i have a lot of money. I bought Messi, and most of his skills are 20. But when i used him in some of my matches against weaker team, he played really bad, only got 4/10 sometimes 3/10 while other players are 7/10 or 8/10...
