This tactic is brilliant, just da way i want my team to play! One question: what do u do if one of ur player gets sent off?

I think this tactic is realy good 4 short pitches but i struggle against teams who have bigger pitches! does any1 have the same problem?

Fair enough. But If a players morale is okay or below that would you praise him if he's rating woz above 6.0?

I usually praise my players if their rating is 7 or above, after a while my players became complacent, overconfident and they dont seem to listen when i say 'well done' or 'pleased'. So when should i praise my players? any help would b great!
