hi ive tried finding a solution but cant so im not sure what to do now!! ive tried downloading various anti-virus software but not solving

everytime i try to view a player the game goes off and says 'fm 2011 11.0.0f151865 has stopped working'. any idea what this fault code is???

no error codes. the game stops then a screen comes up stating 'windows is looking for a solution'. then the game just closes.

does anyone have any clue why my game always crashes when i try to view any player? is there a solution?
