totally agree with ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ nothing more satisfying and winning the champs league/prem league with a squad you got promoted from lower leagues.
well i have always used the same formation/tactics on every fm game ive purchased and regardless of what team i am and after a while you build world class squads while the AI doesnt really improve so you could probably dominate games playing with 1 defender.
key player status aswell might help if hes only asking for rotation/first team. if a few big clubs come in for some hot prospects i usually blag em theyl be key players and when they sign i change there status to hot prospect/back up. some moan some dont really care lol
