I have recently downloaded a few picture packs and logos buy price etc and it all worked and i was over the moon however since then my new database i made with the steamapps editor (the one you start with) when i make a new one it doesnt say its there when i start a new game??

Well i downloaded a couple of thing of here all went fine and all worked however i came across some mishaps, i made a new database of the 9.3.0 patch and now it wont load? it doesnt even say it exist when i start a new game any help/advice is welcome?
