What training you use for the 4-1-4-1 ? Fittness / Def Positioning?

Fix3d love this formation so be interesting to so how it goes.

4-4-1-1 tweak for me, currently 2nd with Hertha Berlin in the first season.

Just started a Basingstoke save in the Vanarama South, using the original 4-4-1-1 away from home and the tweaked version at home, will let you know how it goes, the tweak in the tests was very strong so hoping for some good football. Just depends if this will work in the lower leagues

from what im seeing no tactic is working as good, defending is a bit dodgy, the amount of times the striker has scored after a poor backpass is stupid.
