This isn't entirely true faulky, I started a new game with the updated database and all kits were present in the information screens. If you're running on the original database they don't work. But none were present during match view.

Yeah same thing is cropping up in mine. But tends to differ between save games. I loaded one game and they were all there, however, loaded a different game and some were missing (all England kits and like you stated Spain away.) Very odd.
