I usually manage in low level premier leagues, such as Wales, Ireland, Gibraltar etc

I'm looking for a new save to do, I just can't seem to get really into a save any more. All motivation is gone for the game, has anyone any tips? Like good teams to manage? Fun challenges? Any advice would be hugely appreciated :)
