I'm playing with Chelsea and various teams seem to be buying my best scouts and coaches (mostly youth coaches) away from the team. I want to get new scouts and coaches but I can't seem to find good ones around. Could anyone tell me which are the best scouts and coaches in the game? Cheers

I know that Dzeko is class because I had him in a previous file, but is Aguero much better than him, or are they both around the same?

Ive been thinking on wether to buy Lukaku from bayern munich. He's 16 and apparently is going to be a good striker. Has anyone here bought him? Will he be good in the future?

What is the best tactic to use with chelsea? Ive thought of trying the diamond, a regular 4-4-2, 4-3-2-1, and a 4-4-3. Which do you guys recommend? (and any details would help:))
