So i decided to make my own tactic but for now it isnt working i am Chelsea with the summier update pls help me to make my own tactic

I have seen alot of low team tactics but are they so good? Cause i dont think u can win bpl with norwich in first season, i can be wrong because i never used a tactic that is for a low team but i need some help if it really works or not. Thanks in advance
