I think my graphics card is a bit slow. It was choppy on the 3D engine with FM 2011, but just thought Id ask in case some miracle of programming managed to put better graphics up on an older card for FM 2012. Any thoughts appreciated.

I've done and reviewed and done again what everyone has said to do:
Documents--->Sports Interactive---->Football Manager
There's no Graphics folder, so I make one, with a Logos subfolder
Extract Logos into that folder
Go into game--tick Reload Skins and untick use skin cache

So I have a number of players I dont want, yet their contracts are valid and I dont want to buy them out. They're loan listed but nobody wants 'em. How can I get rid of them now?
What can I do to to change whether my side feels "overawed" or whatever by other teams. Tactics is the default button in bacroom advice, but what is there to do?
