    Somehow due to poor form in 5th and 6th I made the playoffs and the final but lost 4-1 to Sunderland who in fairness have a much better team. I do have a few fantastic youngsters now though to build around for next seasons challenge. What is fantastic is the revenue from reaching the playoffs...

    Boreham Wood Npower Championship Update. Well in the I'm just outside the playoffs (7th or 8th) 34 games in having at one point been as high as 5th I think. The front 4 are just storming away. Finding it difficult to get any good run going but I am slowly strengthening the squad for a title...

    Interesting, I think I have my assistant manager doing opposition instructions. You think this should be turned off? Edit: Maybe he/this is the reason every once in a while I get spanked! lol Edit again: Quick google shows maybe the assistant is doing nothing due to lack of tactical prowess...

    Many thanks JP - fantastic tactics. Been using this with Boreham Wood from the Npower League 2 (after 3 or 4 games with 4-3-2-1) following promotion from the Blue Square Premier. Finished 2nd in Npower League 2 and am now top of NPower League 1 at mid-season. Prior to that I was using flat 4...
