If you would manage to have a squad with all players' personalities say 'Spineless' or 'Slack' or 'Unsporting',
squad personality still says 'Mixed' (there are no negative squad personalities).
My squad had been Driven and Ultra Professional, so I used FMRTE to see if there was also a fourth tier squad personality for Loyal and Ambitious and the results were quite amusing (there doesn't seem to be any status lower than Mixed).
