high untill tactics are full then medium on balanced. yeah before every match it asks you what you want to focus on ie att mov def pos snd thrs team work i alwsys use that before games. yeah its on 14.2.2

I got tactics full then just put MP onto balanced then match focus on team work

Thats the correct file type for a FM save just go into documents then sports interactive then fm14 then drop the file in the GAME folder
