I believe he's more suitable to be assistant or manager. He's always my assistant after he finishes his career for couple of years. Then somebody usually takes him as manager. In one of my saves he's england's manager.

Don't know how much you're familiar with croatian league. If you don't know much, check it.. lots of potentially good players. Franko Andrijasevic usually becomes my key player at Hajduk. Everybody knows Milan Badelj, Sammir, Ante Vukusic. Most of you already know Mateo Kovacic, Dino Spehar...

u need to have good scouting knowledge. for example, if you scouting knowledge of uk and ireland is excellent, you will get lots of player in player search from there. If your scouting knowledge of eastern europe is poor, you'll get lot less players from there..
