No its not that. I think it's a problem with the game.

My friend and I have been playing a networked game for a good 350 hours +. I think we are in our 7th season but something in the game seems to have gone wrong. When you go to the jobs security page it only shows International Vacancies which never get filled. The club sides never get insecure...
