Hi, That's how the ME of FM19 works If you don't like it then go to your Steam, find FM19 and leave a negative review for it becasue it's the only way to make SI to do somethign about it If SI fixes it in the future then you always can change your review from nagative to positive

I guess that you just have to keep trying until some offers appear or maybe this player doesn't want to go on loan because he's just joined your club so in this case I'm afraid you can't do nothing about it... :S
