Got promoted with Plymouth in my first season to Sky Bet league 1. I really want to push onto the championship so I feel that my central defenders are just about good enough but I am desperate for a decent striker and some decent central midfielders. An anchor man would be great.

When would you use each touchline shout, usually i dont use them at all as I've never really understood them?

really need a cb as not many at club good enough also gk not up to scratch

I also don't get why other teams don't activly want any of my players even though there all doing well I never get any offers

I don't understand how the values for my players don't change I win the leaugue and my striker scores 25 plus goals but is still valued at 5 million

I used fm Genie to get an assistant with pa of 200 can't remember what hid ca was but was wondering how you develop staff

sorry forgot to mention I'm in the second season with city so money is no problem

want to add some pace to my attack and defence who do you reccomend for this
