BUMP I too would like to know this? Im 7 games into my season, no more transfer embargo, takeover is completed, and the new chairman has even injected 400k into running costs... yet whenever a player agrees to a contract or loan move, it just say transfer could not be confirmed? Anyone know why...

With Plymouth, 2 months in some French consortium guy invested 3million straight away to clear debt and then has constantly been pumping in the odd 200k to help with running costs...now 2nd season he has given me 300k to spend, which is very good seeing last season there was 17 million of debt
