Which pitch size would you recommend for such a tactic?

Well that's just plain cheating imo but to each his own. For me the whole point of scouting is to unmask the attributes and then look for players that match your criteria for the roles needed. Attribute masking makes the building of the team aspect of the game at least semi challenging.

What do you mean by scouting is not important? How do you chose which players to get then?

So you swapped MCL and MCR and put Dribble more on AMC and BBM right? Basically if I want the mirrored version I can use V2 and just put Dribble more on AMC and BBM and its the inverted version of V3? And now MCRs should be on Advanced Playmaker training and MCLs on Ball Winning Midfielders...

The tactic is awesome. Half a season through with a lower end team and sitting on top. Had some issues when playing vs 4-3-3, but fixed that by setting my LB to man mark their STR and RB to man mark their STL. All in all a great tactic, best one I've seen yet for FM16.
