Italian league is really a challange :) Check out Simone Zaza (Ascoli) Decent Forward, he was my legend striker in Ascoli save, scoring for fun 2 seasons in Serie B then few seasons in Serie A :)

I resolved problem s bit :) Atm i playing 3-4-3 with 3 flat CB's then 2 wingbacks and 2 dm's (DLP and Anchor) and its going good i dont concede goals from corsses in game, still working on defensive corners (also scoring alot in this tactic )

My tactic from Polish and Serbian Forums ;) you can test it if u like :) Good results with Crvena Zvezda Belgrad (won Champions League Second Season ) :)

Good tactic, my own is a bit similar, just playing bwm def, and cm support, less goals conceded :) Keep going ;) In few seasons i reconized that TQ with more Anticipation than standard player on this position have better results ;)
