how you know the type of tactic of the oppositional is using ? direct / short / long pass ?? I used a scout but I didnt see it .....

HI I'm a fan of your tactic I have a question it's about Oppositional Instruction do I have to set assistant to do it ? and also match trainig you said to let the assistant handle the match trainnig but sometime he changed to defensive positioning before match does it effect much in the game ?
