Starting a save with Southampton with an Attacking/Fluid tactic here. Now the question is, This probably won't work against the top tier teams so should probably have a tactic that's more of a counter-attacking mentality? I just don't know what team instructions to swap around?

I'm sure he is. You can scoop him up for <11m at the start of game. He'll sign for just about any team in the Premier League. Wages are reasonable at the start, his stats are silly. He reminds me of Cristian Zapata in 2011. Both Colombian go figure :P
